Skilled Nursing Services (RN/LPN)
Our licensed Registered Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses provide expert medical care. We manage complex health needs, including wound care, injections, and medication oversight. Clinical excellence delivered with compassion to ensure safety and recovery at home.
- Medication administration (oral, injectable, topical, etc.)
- Medication setup/pre‑pouring (pillbox filling)
- Wound care (simple to advanced, depending on nurse competency)
- Dressing changes
- Skilled assessments and monitoring
- Vital signs and clinical observations
- Skilled assessments and monitoring
- Blood glucose checks
- Insulin administration
- Catheter care (foley, suprapubic)
- Ostomy care
- Tube feeding administration (G‑tube, J‑tube)
- Tracheostomy care (if within nurse competency)
- Skilled teaching to patient/family
- RN care plan development and updates
- RN supervision of aides (required by Georgia rules)
